Storefront-First Revamp — Mockup Review

Three directions for the creator-economy Lab

Explore each concept below. All three lean into the marketplace and builder identity first — Joy tracking and EPIC scores serve the build loop, not the other way around.

Chosen Direction — June 25 Relaunch

Earlier Explorations — Three Concepts

Concept 01
Storefront-First Layout

Polished marketplace-first layout (Mind Valley / Carrie Green energy) with a dark hero, sticky Joy Drain + skill-level filter bar, asymmetric featured product grid with dual member/full pricing and "Members save $X" badges, a four-dimension browse section, dark tier comparison rail (Seeker $5.97 → Activator $297 → Catalyst $597 + sell), and a Catalyst seller composer panel — all in JoyOS brand (Sora + Newsreader, cream-and-gold editorial, hairline borders, no purple-gradient AI tells, mobile-responsive).

Concept 02
Build-Journey-First Dashboard

A member dashboard that makes building and selling the gravitational center — the pipeline from Experiment through Insight to Product to Listing to Sales lives above the fold, with EPIC scores, archetype, upgrade nudges, and marketplace all radiating from that spine.

Concept 03
Creator-Economy / Two-Sided Marketplace

Eight interconnected screens showing the full creator-economy loop: a landing page with visible Seeker/Activator/Catalyst tiers and a marketplace hero, a filterable buyer browse with dual member/full pricing, a persistent My Purchases view, a seller dashboard with KPIs and a live order feed, a Become-a-Seller funnel explaining the Catalyst gate and admin image curation, an AI-assisted listing composer with a live preview card, a seller profile page surfacing the Purposeful Dreamer archetype and EPIC radar, and a monthly masterclass calendar with a recording library — all in the JoyOS cream-and-gold palette with hairline borders, no heavy shadows, and realistic copy throughout.
